Small Group and Sermon Series
Beginning January 27-28
In the first half of the Gospel of Mark, everyone wrestled with the question of who Jesus is and how to respond to him. At the end of the first half of Mark, Jesus’ closest friends and disciples conclude that he is the Messiah.
Join us as we enter the second half of the Gospel of Mark, as Jesus upends everyone’s expectations of what and who the Messiah should be. Instead of being the conquering hero, Jesus is the King whose mission is to suffer and die on the cross.
As Jesus goes to Jerusalem, where he will die, he teaches his disciples that those who follow him are to be people of the cross: people who love, serve and suffer for the voiceless, the outcasts, and the unwanted.
Jesus, the crucified King, is indeed the conquering hero, vanquishing death itself and bringing salvation to all. Will you follow Jesus in the way of the cross?

NEW! SATURDAY NIGHT SERVICE
It's Saturday Night! Waterstone's Saturday Night Service is a family-friendly, engaging service that serves as one more opportunity for our members and community to come worship and explore the Kingdom of God.
Our pastors and sermons are the same as Sunday mornings and our music is similar, with some exciting changes.
Kids Ministry is offered for kids Birth-4th grade. As a fun difference from Sundays, kids age 3 - 4th grade will sit with their parents for worship, then be taken to classes by Kids Staff and volunteers. Parents need to check their kids in prior to the start of service and pick them up from classes afterwards.
See you there!
Join us on a Sunday morning at 9:00am or 10:30am. Parking is located on the west and east sides of our building. Check in your kids at the check-in counter in the middle of the Concourse, drop them off at their respective classrooms, and join us in the Worship Center for our main service.
Children’s programming is available during both services for children ages newborn through 6th grade. All children from birth through 6th grade must check in at the counter located in the middle of the Concourse.
Junior High and High School programming is available for students during the second service. Students may head straight to their respective classrooms (Junior High in 215E and Senior High in 217E) for their program.
Main services consist of a mix of contemporary worship songs and classic hymns with a modern twist, followed by biblical teaching from one of our teaching pastors. Before or after the service, be sure to stop by the Information Desk to meet a staff member, get more information about our ministries, and learn about upcoming events.
Classes for adults are available during services as well. Visit New to Waterstone? for more information.
