Waterstone Women

We are a community of Waterstone women who desire to create a safe and inclusive environment where we can be authentic and transparent in our journey with Christ. We want to empower women to become who God created them to be and equip them to serve by integrating Waterstone's Kingdom mission, vision and three rhythms into all we do.

Coming September 10
10:30am-11:45am
Tower Room
Leader: Linda Warner
"Before Amen" by Max Lucardo

In this four- session video based study (DVD/digital video sold separately), best selling author Max Lucardo reveals his struggles with prayer and how he discovered that it is not a privilege for the pious or the art of a chosen few but a simple tool everyone has been given to have a conversation with God.  He shows you how to let go of uncertainties about prayer, trust that God  hears you, and embrace a prayer life that brings peace and rest.

MONDAY MORNINGS
Coming September 14
9:30am-11:30am

See above for information on the study "Before Amen"

In the 9 week study of One Thousand Gifts: A Dare  to Live Fully Right Where You Are, Ann strives to find the meaning of life and fully embrace the surprising truth from the final scenes of Jesus’ earthly life.  In the hours before Jesus’ execution, he took bread and gave thanks.  This fresh, heart-wrenching book unveils the long forgotten wonder that through the imitation of Christ’s thankfulness, we too can experience a life of joy.

WEDNESDAY MORNINGS

"Uninvited" by Lysa Terkeust

The enemy wants us to feel rejected...left out, lonely, and less than.
In the 7 week study, "Uninvited", Lysa Tereust shares her own deeply personal experience of rejection-from the perceived judgment of the perfectly toned woman one elliptical over to the incredibly painful childhood abandonment by her father.  She leans in to honestly examine the roots of rejection, as well as rejection's ability to poison relationships from the inside out, including our relationship with God.
